Our work is shaped by our training and experiences in nature- and community-based social work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychedelic-assisted therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, and somatic work. We are trauma-informed and do our utmost to be caring stewards of your healing.
We offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for adults and approach this work with care, humility, and intention. We prioritize the therapeutic relationship and the meaning-making process that unfolds before, during, and after ketamine sessions. Preparation and integration are central to our work, helping you translate insights from non-ordinary states into lasting, embodied change.
Fede, LCSW
Across my practice, I draw on mindfulness, somatic, and experiential approaches to support emotional flexibility, self-compassion, and a greater sense of connection. I strive to create a space where you feel supported in exploring difficult material while staying anchored in safety and presence. I provides therapy in English and Spanish.
Justin, APSW
I come to my work in therapy from a background in experiential education where I learned the value of self-discovery and self-efficacy. I bring this background, a buddhist mindfulness perspective, and my clinical training to bear in supporting you to become the resilient, joyful person that is your birthright.
My approach is relational and person-centered; while I will guide and support you, you are the expert of your experience and the hero of your journey. I bring my experience with mindful self-compassion, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, experiential education, and adventure therapy to our work together.
In my free time I enjoy photography, time outdoors - usually near water, travel, and reading.
